This is a once off consultation tailored to a young person who aspires to have a handle on their finances and effectively budget their money. Maybe you are unsure of how to get to your savings goal or you're spending most of your weekly pay on things you don't really need. You want to be more prepared when your bills come in yet also have money aside specifically to spend on yourself. Whatever the case, we can help you.
Includes: once off consultation, budgeting skills and money tips, things to think about for the future, achievable goals with any type of income. Flat rate $55 incl GST. (Approx 1hr) |
Monthly bookkeeping |
This suits the business owner/s where there are minimal or no staff. Your business is growing and it's time to outsource the bookkeeping as you are too busy and it's not your priority.
Monthly bookkeeping includes: Set up Xero and or tailor to your business, reconcile accounts, set aside GST so money is available when the quarterly BAS is due. Set aside superannuation for the business owner and transfer into super fund four times a year. Pay the business owner a wage so growth of the business is visible. Communicate with accountants to lodge the quarterly BAS and finalise the financial year. Send through monthly profit & loss and balance sheet reports so the business owner can compare incomings and outgoings. Pay bills and invoicing & chase aged receivables if needed. Plus anything extra the business owner needs. Current clients of 'monthly bookkeeping' are fashion labels, florists, multiple ceramicists, rug companies, skin care brands, multiple jewellers, art galleries, builders. Price on request. |
Complete bookkeeping

You have a fully operating business with several employees, suppliers and never ending bills. We put systems in place so the bookkeeping runs seamlessly.
Complete package includes: everything listed in the above monthly bookkeeping plus payroll for employees, bills paid to your multiple suppliers and/or invoices sent out to clients. Depending on your business, we allocate approximately half a day a week and will fine tune the time allocation to your needs. Current clients of this service are two well established cafes and a pizza bar, with over 70 employees. Price on request. |
